As with all of Norm's wine there's plenty to tell prior to telling you about the wine itself. 100% barrel fermented, 20% of which was new and 40% second fill. The wine spent 10 months in barrel and 4 months in tank on its lees ... and no sulfur was added for 14 months. The result: lots of bright fruit - peach and apple with buttery notes on the nose ... a nice palate that lovingly mixes fruit in the mouth with the barrel notes on the finish.
