Simplicity in Chardonnay is key - don't over-oak it and don't over-think it. This one has been split 50/50 between oak and stainless steel ... the result is a nose of apple and pear and a palate that has a hint of vanilla amid crisp green apple on the finish - the mid-palate shows more mac than green but quickly changes for the green apple acidity.
