I think this review kinda got lost in the shuffle of paperwork, but I thought I would still push it out that. This is an interesting Chardonnay because as we speak (or as I write this) this wine is already 4 years old and just being released. 6 months in mixed French-American barrels and another 16 months in Stainless Steel has achieved an aged Chardonnay ready to drink. Baked, spiced and dried apple greet the nose; peach pit, dried white fruit and a sprinkling of butter sauce with spiced vanilla seem to be hallmarks on the palate.
