This four vineyard selection of Gewurztraminer is downright simple, but also a great starting point for those with a passing interest in G-wines. The nose is pleasant, not too in-your-face, as some Gewurzt can be, with a pseudo-spiciness. Palate is much more expressive with rich soapy notes (a la Thrills gum) along with some canned pineapple ... it also ends rather dry, something almost unexpected from G-wines, which seem to retain a hint or two of sweetness.
