The boys at Muscedere continue to impress with the wines they're making. Their 2010 version of Cabernet Franc is just what the doctor ordered with its aromas of black cherry and tobacco ... on the palate there's a slight smokiness with cassis, blackberry and black cherry nuances ... tannins are silky as the fruit fills the mouth and glides smoothly across the tongue. All this from a wine that rested 15 months in first and second fill barrels. Quite Impressive. Price: $18.00 - Rating: ****+
