An early release of wines keeps the aromatics and the wine fresh, that’s the theory behind Featherstone releasing their wines early in the season, usually within three months of the New Year. This Gewurzt is fresh and lively with lychee and ginger notes with a hint of mineral and of course there’s typical soapy / rose petal notes. Soft and supple on the palate with a medium length finish.
