This is the kinda wacky, mad scientist blend I have come to expect form Harold Wagner. Vidal mixed with raspberry (icewine-style) and cherry wine … carbonated and made into a frothy fun beverage. The nose is all raspberry while the palate gives you the cherry, raspberry hit, but finishes dry due to the addition of the fizz. Harold explains that the sweetness starts out pretty high but with the addition of carbonation and the natural raspberry acidity this thing ends up drier than one would believe.
