Owner Paul Gallagher supplemented his own fruit this year with 20% old vines Niagara and has delivered a Riesling that's even better than his first effort. Pear, apple, limeade and floral greet the nose, while on the palate there's a hint of sweetness, a lovely pear seam and hints of chalky and exotic fruit on the finish.
