Another delicious 2007 vintaged wine hits the Ontario market and sees the inside of the LCBO. This time it’s from one of Ontario’s pioneering wineries, showing everyone they’ve still got the chops. There is some nice vanilla oak, plum and cherry on the nose; while on the palate it tastes sweet (with red fruit flavours, not sugar) and finishes smooth with cherry and a late replay of medium chocolate – and there’s nothing wrong with that.
