Summer sipping doesn’t get any easier than the big three whites from Fielding (Chardonnay Musque, Pinot Gris, Reserve Riesling – all reviews can be found at OntarioWineReview.com in the wine review section). This Pinot Gris can be described as either light pink or pale orange in colour, due to 6 hours of skin contact. Wonderfully aromatic smells of apples, peaches, apricots and floral notes on the nose are followed up on the palate with apples and buckwheat honey … starts off tart but winds up sweet and smooth This is one great easy drinking white.
