Another of Norm's mixes of Niagara and County fruit ... this one shows the nature of Chardonnay in Ontario instead of just one specific locale. Aged for a total of 15 months in barrel the wine shows a toasty side to Chardonnay, instead of being overly buttery. Peach and buttered apple with a texture that's almost creamy on the palate.
