A 70/30 blend of the Cabernet family father and son duo: Franc and Sauvignon - the fruit sourced from the highest point on the Vineland property (hence the name elevation). The nose and palate are in unison here, with sour and black cherry, vanilla, cinnamon and some nutmeg. There's lots to enjoy with or without something edible to accompany it.
