The other is for the serious sparkling wine fan … this review is for that wine. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Riesling that spends 12 months on lees in the bottle. While you’ll find the nose a little soft and closed the palate more than makes up for it with apples and citrus in the mouth, there is also a hint of peach that shows up for the lengthy finish.
