Maleta started to make this bubbly a few years ago, they garnered praise and accolades and even a few awards in the process … which means of course they’d keep making it. This ’07 version continues the success of this wine doling out fresh crisp flavours and smells of both apple and pear notes, there’s good acidity on the palate and a touch of welcome sweetness making this one quite the delicious bubbly.
