This just released Chardonnay has seen some bottle age time and has developed very well to say the least: toffee, smoky, buttery, vanilla, peach pit … long finish with wonderfully balanced acidity and a seam of spice. It’s a steal if you buy it from the winery ($12.99 USD). Rating: ****
