A traditional three grape blend of 50% Arinto, 35% Azal and 15% Trajadura – obviously all household names. The citrus is what speaks the most in this wine and that makes it lively and fresh, plus there’s some lovely green apple and floral notes on the finish; but always with that lively, jangly acidity to keep one wide awake after each sip.  Rating: ****
