This blend of Avesso (60%) and Loureiro (40%) is fermented in wood giving it a little more presence both on the nose and in the mouth: apple sauce, floral, vanilla, pear and sweet peach all take a kick at the can, and do a hell of a job I might add.  Rating: *** ½+
