Five Pinot Noir clones make their way into the bottle including the usual suspect 115, 667 and 777 plus UCDS and Abel (that’s for the geeks out there) – for the rest of us it’s the smoky blue and black berries, the spiced black cherry, the vanilla, the earthiness and spiced-plum finish that will really get us talking.  Rating: ****
