Tasted in 2017 … a non-vintage, wild ferment, 19 month on lees 100% Pinot Noir sparkler that’s quite tasty with slight oxidative notes along with bruised apple and baked peach there’s also an interesting toasty note. The dosage for this wine is Recioto-style (dessert wine) Chardonnay.
