Great to see more Gamay in Niagara and that the college is teaching this grape to the next generation of winemakers. This one spent 8 months in neutral French oak with cherry and earthy freshness leading the charge; the palate is loaded with vibrant red berry flavours. Good structure and vibrant finish – a solidly made Gamay.
