2017 Tasting … Sure you could pick up a bottle of Champagne but why not pick up two of the equivalent and make the party last longer: toasty and biscuit with baked apple with a creamy mid-palate leading to a long luxurious finish; and for fun, see if anyone can tell it’s not Champagne, I bet they can’t.
