Marc Bradshaw, winemaker at Strewn, really knows how to get the most of the much misaligned Pinot Blanc grape: there's a slight sweetness factor here with juicy pear leading the charge but also a savoury note and some lemon drop - pretty intense for a Pinot Blanc and I like it.
