What a wonderful surprise this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is, and very well priced as well … light and refreshing with floral, strawberry and lime nuances that not only start things off with a sniff, but also end things off on the swallow. There’s even a slightly spiced note on the finish and all backed by good acidity. It’s such a treat to see a Rosé this fruit driven but so dry.
