Another beauty bubble from the folks at Rosehall – this 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay spends 5 years on lees in bottle (in the traditional method) giving it lovely biscuit notes with some of that leesy texture, there’s also smoky and toasty notes along with spiced apple and citrus. A real winner in the bubbly department … speaking of getting better at his craft, Dan Sullivan really is getting the hang of sparkling, and we all benefit from that.
