A year like 2015 calls for restraint in winemaking, otherwise you can get overwhelmed by the “perfection” of the vintage and take you eye off the ball (or the grapes) as it would be here. The acidity is in wonderful balance with the red cherry fruit plus the addition of floral and plum notes; a very well made and enjoyable wine.  Rating: ****
