A blend of 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo and 3% Colorino aged 12 months in oak; this wine is made up primarily from younger vines fruit and makes up about one-third of Dievole output (200,000 bottles) … lovely spice and black fruit notes with pepper, spice and even some plum – plenty of elegance and a long finish makes the wine worthy of the “Classico” designation.
