A 61/39 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that really go for the gusto in both the aroma and flavour department; after spending 18 months on lees, in bottle, the wine has developed marzipan, tangarine, ginger ale, sweet apple, lemon drop and subtle vanilla nuances with a medium length finish ... pretty impressive bubble here.  Price: $34.95 - Rating: ****
