The polka-dot label is distinctive, but the newer version foregoes the flashy colourful dots for a black and white motif, giving it a more serious tone … and good thing, because this is the best version of the Spanish staple (at the LCBO) I have tried to date: fresh melon, peach and citrus notes lead, while there’s also a hint of pineapple … Jazzy with good acid jingle, on the tongue; bright and crisp with yellow grapefruit on the long finish – a real delight for any time of year.
