This grape is usually used in sweet sherries, but this time it's a straight-on dessert wine: thick and mouth-filling pulled together by great balancing acidity. Notes of toffee, candied pecans, floral, grilled peaches and so much more. Almost chewy in the mouth - this is one really tasty dessert all on its own. (sold in 375ml bottle) - Rating: ****
