Rosewood Estates came to the big city for a wine and food pairing event at The Chef's House ... of the 10 wines they poured I had tried all but two ... I have since posted the reviews of the two new wines: 2010 Merlot Reserve and 2010 Pinot Noir Reserve (both Natural Ferment wines) on the OntarioWineReview website. I thought I'd take this opportunity highlight some of the wines and the wonderful foods that were presented. (See the pictorial review here)
