(March 25, 2015) ... Not 100% sure when I acquired this bottle but I guess I was in a Cali-Pinot kinda mood tonight (yes it happens) and so I opened a bottle of Byron from Santa Barbara County ... Wait, it's coming back to me, I acquired the bottle on my earlier-in-the-month trip to Philadelphia. So with that mystery solved I can now tell you of the black cherry with touch of cranberry and subtle raspberry I found on the nose; palate was pretty simple and easy to drink with the black cherry and touch of cranberry from the nose coming into play on the palate with some white pepper, spice and pretty decent acidity ... Not bad.
