Taste it Again / Lost & Found

On occasion, I’ll take a wine I like and put it away in a “special box” for a few years to see how it will age … below you will read happened to those wines. On the other hand, there are wines that get “lost” in my wine cellar with nary a review ever written - some have turned into golden Treasures, others supreme Trash and then there are those that fall somewhere in-between (Tolerable). We’ll look at those here too. (New wines are being added all the time so keep coming back):

April 22, 2009 - Lost & Found: Flat Rock 04 Riesling

23 Apr 2009

You can't really call Flat Rock a "new" winery anymore - not when I have an old vintage that has finally come due - I thoght for sure this was going to be a taste it again wine, but it seems I never published my early review of it.  So here we are tasting it as a member of the Lost and Found club ... has five years helped or hindered this winery's second year offering.  Only one way to find ou, and that's by clicking on Flat Rock Cellars 2004 Riesling.
