(March 15, 2015) ... It's a crying shame that Coyote's Run no long makes Pinot Blanc, because boy did they do it justice. That said I was surprised to see I still had a bottle left in my cellar, so I decided to see how it has stood up. The nose had hints of beeswax, floral, and pear but most of these enticements were relinquished on the palate where the aromas from the nose did not translate, instead flavours became more citrusy with a finish full of grapefruit pith and lime, but still with a hint of acidity to keep it relatively fresh. Surpringly still drinkable, though just barely.
